About Pat

Pat’s academic credentials include a BA in English from North Carolina State University, an MA in English literature from the University of Colorado Boulder, and an MDiv from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC.

Her work experience includes teaching English and journalism, editing an award-winning alumni magazine at a liberal arts college, leading a public relations staff at a large urban community college, and serving as the associate pastor at a progressive, midsized Presbyterian (PCUSA) church.

As parents and grandparents, she and Dave enjoy asking their kids and grandkids questions like, “Who will you be tomorrow, that you’re not today?”
